{"id":874,"date":"2026-04-17T18:00:47","date_gmt":"2026-04-17T11:00:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.windenergyholding.com\/?post_type=news&#038;p=874"},"modified":"2026-04-17T17:48:44","modified_gmt":"2026-04-17T10:48:44","slug":"invitation-to-the-2026-annual-general-meeting-of-shareholders","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.windenergyholding.com\/en\/news\/invitation-to-the-2026-annual-general-meeting-of-shareholders\/","title":{"rendered":"Invitation to the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Wind Energy Holding Company Limited (the <strong>\u201cCompany\u201d<\/strong>) would like to invite shareholders to attend <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company which will be held on Monday 27 April 2026 at 10.00 hrs. via electronic means (E-AGM) only.<\/strong><\/span> Please be informed that the Company will open access for shareholder(s) and proxy(ies) to enter the shareholders\u2019 meeting via electronic means (E-AGM) system from 8.00 a.m. on 27 April 2026. The agendas and details of the meeting are specified in the invitation letter that has been submitted to shareholders.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">The shareholder(s) and proxies who wish to participate in the shareholders\u2019 meeting via electronic means are requested to:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">(1) thoroughly study and follow the Guidelines for Registration of the Shareholders\u2019 Meeting via Electronic Means (e-Meeting), Appointment of Proxy and Voting Casting of the Shareholders\u2019 Meeting via Electronic Means (e-Voting), according to the Enclosure 4 and Guidelines for attending of Electronic Meeting by Inventech Connect according to the Enclosure 5 attached to the invitation letter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">(2) kindly submit a request to receive a username, password, and a link for joining the meeting via electronic media system (e-Request) in advance, together with identification supporting documents (in case of attending the meeting by him\/herself) or the proxy form and relevant supporting documents (in case of proxy) as stated in Guidelines for Registration of the Shareholders\u2019 Meeting via Electronic Means (e-Meeting), Appointment of Proxy and Voting Casting of the Shareholders\u2019 Meeting via Electronic Means (e-Voting), as shown in the Enclosure 4 attached to the invitation letter.
