In order to provide all shareholders the opportunity to attend the meeting and express their opinions for the best interest of the Company, while carrying out strict measures to ensure safety and health of all shareholders and related parties, the Company has therefore considered and resolved to cancel the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled on 5 October 2021 at 10.00 a.m. at the Crystal Box Room, Gaysorn Urban Resort, No. 127, Gaysorn Tower, 19th Floor, Ratchadamri Road, Lumpini, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330 and postpone the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company until the government authorities\u2019 relaxation of the enforced restriction.<\/u><\/p>\n

\nWhen there is a material change in the requirements of government authorities, which allows a physical gathering with a number of attendees sufficient for shareholders who are willing to attend the meeting, enabling the Company to host a meeting, and to impose and implement measures to reasonably ensure the safety and health of all shareholders and related persons, the Company shall consider scheduling the date, time and venue of the meeting and invite all shareholders to attend the meeting.<\/p>\n
