Invitation to the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Wind Energy Holding Company Limited (the “Company”) would like to invite shareholders to attend the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company which will be held on Thursday 24 April 2025 at 10.00 hrs. via electronic means (E-AGM) only. Please be informed that the Company will open access for shareholder(s) and proxy(ies) to enter the shareholders’ meeting via electronic means (E-AGM) system from 8.00 a.m. on 24 April 2025. The agendas and details of the meeting are specified in the invitation letter that has been submitted to shareholders.

The shareholder(s) and proxies who wish to participate in the shareholders’ meeting via electronic means are requested to:

thoroughly study and follow the Guidelines for Registration of the Shareholders’ Meeting via Electronic Means (e-Meeting), Appointment of Proxy and Voting Casting of the Shareholders’ Meeting via Electronic Means (e-Voting), according to the Enclosure 5 and Guidelines for attending of Electronic Meeting by Inventech Connect according to the Enclosure 6 attached to the invitation letter.
kindly submit a request to receive a username, password, and a link for joining the meeting via electronic media system (e-Request) in advance, together with identification supporting documents (in case of attending the meeting by him/herself) or the proxy form and relevant supporting documents (in case of proxy) as stated in Guidelines for Registration of the Shareholders’ Meeting via Electronic Means (e-Meeting), Appointment of Proxy and Voting Casting of the Shareholders’ Meeting via Electronic Means (e-Voting), as shown in the Enclosure 5 attached to the invitation letter. Please note that the electronic registration will be available, via Web Browser or QR Code below, from 17 April 2025, at 8:30 a.m., until the end of the meeting.
